GENERAL WARRANTY POLICIES
As part of our commitment to quality, e-Trak's warranty covers parts for two (2) years and labor for one (1) year from the date of purchase. During the first thirty (30) days following the purchase, e-Trak covers the shipping of standard parts, the technician’s travel, and labor. After this period, these costs are the customer’s responsibility, and they must send the defective equipment or part to e-Trak or a retailer to avoid additional charges.
