Sales and Service Coordinator
e-Trak Technological Solutions designs, manufactures, and markets high-performance products tailored for heavy-duty vehicles. Our product line includes boom limiters, 2D digging systems, and wheel loader scales.
Challenges Related to the Sales and Service Coordinator Role
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Project Director, the Sales and Service Coordinator is responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Quotation Management:
- Prepare quotation documents, ensuring all required information and supporting documentation are collected for compliance (standard, parts service calls);
- Enter orders related to quotations into the system and verify product availability in inventory;
- Place orders in the system and process payments at the time of order;
- Provide support to external sales representatives and clients;
- Follow up on sales leads and proactively manage business opportunities.
Installation and Service Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients, ensuring thorough follow-up;
- Manage technician schedules and oversee the smooth execution of their work;
- Validate and approve technicians' timesheets;
- Oversee maintenance and management of the vehicle fleet.
Administrative Tasks:
- Follow up on accounts receivable and manage client payments;
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring they have all necessary information at every step of the process.
Desired Skill Profile:
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
Professional Experience: Previous experience in a coordinator, logistics, service, or sales role—ideally in a similar industry;
Organizational Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently;
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
